We would encourage customers to use registered mail for items above $20 as a safety precaution. For registered mail, you need to include an additional postage charges of $2.25 on top of the normal postage charges in your payments to us (eg. if normal postage is $0.50, a registered mail would be $2.75)

We do send our little handmade crafts to everywhere in the world. However, we can only advise you of the overseas postage charges later, in a separate email. Please refer to www.singpost.com.sg for more details.

All items are pre-checked and in excellent condition before they are sent for packing. Thus, we are not liable for any damage/loss incurred during the course of delivery.
In any circumstances whereby request for special packaging is made (eg. to place items in a gift box), the additional costs incurred will be passed on to consumers.
