For a start, I would like to wish all for a much better year ahead, that the economy would pick up quickly and leaving us a prosperous 2009.

As you may be aware, Felting Ville has been pretty quiet for a while as I have been busy with some personal projects of my own. Nevertheless, I would like to thank you for the continual support you have given us for the past 1 year.

I hope that in the coming new year, I would be able to continue posting as many cute creations as before. It has been a wonderful journey for me since I embarked on this blogspot and I look forward to your interesting ideas, suggestions or orders at feltingville@hotmail.com.

This Moo Moo had appeared in Hook Me On, but a friend of mine like it so much that she has requested me to convert it into a key chain instead. Certainly! I guess such is the beauty of my blog as we allow the flexibility of customers to customise our products to their preference as long as it is within our means to do so.

Featured in our blog is this newly completed, customed-made drawstring pouch, measuring approximately 17cm in length and 14cm in width. The felt mascot and wordings are being hand sewn onto the fabric and the pouch is completed with an inner lining.

These little fun felted pouches have finally arrived at Felting Ville. Initially created with the idea of just holding your handphone in place, they are probably also big enough to hold your ipods. We have given our pouches added strength by sewing 2 peices of felt cloth together, both front and back separately. Most of our handphone pouches are custom-made with prices ranging from SGD15.00 to SGD24.00, unless quoted otherwise. We would encourage customers to use registered mail for items above $20 as a safety precaution. For registered mail, you need to include an additional postage charges of $2.25 on top of the normal postage charges in your payments to us (eg. if normal postage is $0.50, a registered mail would be $2.75)

Overseas Delivery

We do send our little handmade crafts to everywhere in the world. However, we can only advise you of the overseas postage charges later, in a separate email. Please refer to www.singpost.com.sg for more details.

All items are pre-checked and in excellent condition before they are sent for packing. Thus, we are not liable for any damage/loss incurred during the course of delivery.

In any circumstances whereby request for special packaging is made (eg. to place items in a gift box), the additional costs incurred will be passed on to consumers.

I guessed everything began with blogging. A mere coincidence lead me to meet Ann at an online forum for mummies. Chatting with her has been rather inspirational as she is a WAHM (work at home mummy) after giving birth to her baby boy. Running an online business of her own, she has more time to spend quality moments with her baby while still being able to continue having a self-fulfilling life at home.

I have always dreamt of doing something of my own. Having no distinct idea of what to do except for a passion for cross stitching, I wondered whether I could put that to good use. Although it all seemed like a stupid idea of mine but Ann, has been pretty encouraging. She forwarded me links on people who do online business on crafts and the links lead me to felt crafts. I thought, "Hey, why didn't I think of that". I had done felt crafts before during my school days , surely I can attempt that?

Hence, Felting Ville marks the beginning of my crafts journey.............
